The Burdy team is so excited to share that we are going from our solar powered food truck to a brick & mortar location on Granville Island!

MENU

CHICKEN PARM SANDWICH ‍ ‍‍ ‍‍ ‍

Fried chicken thigh with tomato sauce, house-made basil (or spicy) mayo, parmesan and mozzarella cheese on a toasted brioche bun

EGGPLANT PARM SANDWICH ‍

Tomato sauce, double-stacked fried eggplant, arugula, house-made basil (or spicy) mayo, parmesan and mozzarella cheese on a toasted brioche bun

Mushroom Swiss Braised Beef sandwich

Braised beef, Swiss, sautéed mushroom & onion and a house-made truffle aioli on a toasted hoagie bun

Sandwich add-ons

Side Italian fries, side Caesar salad, pickled serrano peppers, pickled fennel and onion

ITALIAN FRIES ‍

Beer battered, hand-cut, double fried russet potatoes with Italian spices and Parmesan cheese. Comes with a ketchup dip

House-made basil or spicy mayo ‍

Made using fresh basil/Calabrian chili. Great for dipping our Italian fries in!

caesar salad ‍

Romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons, house-made Caesar dressing (contains anchovies) and lemon wedge

Add a fried chicken thigh or a fried eggplant

Beeramisu

Ladyfingers soaked in stout, mascarpone cheese and dusted with cocoa powder and chocolate
